Food is above average for the Dover area.Like NY pizza? Closest to the taste that only a New Yorker can appreciate Wine, beer, limited bar.Great waitstaff.♥️

AWESOME FOOD! Served hot from the kitchen. No sitting under heat lamps here, nice, the Italian bread is freshly made on the premises. Couldn't ask for a better meal. I saw some pizzas people ordered that looked delicious! Great service! Generous portions! I ordered linguine in oil and garlic with shrimp, wow I couldn't believe how many shrimp was in this dish. Big portion. Definitely a go to place for Italian food. Hardest working, attentive manager, Marco, I've ever seen. It was busy, he jumped right in, took orders, served. Owners did an excellent job choosing him. We go to Dover every year and last trip found this little gem. I will def stop for dinner again, probably more than once. We LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

Franco's is one of those little gems you find tucked away in a strip mall. Love the pizza here. All hand tossed and made to order. The pasta dinners are also good with large portions. This is also one of my favorite places to pick up a sandwich. Great cheese steaks and Italian subs. Dining area is clean and cozy.

This was a great pizzeria! This was my first time here and I am very picky with my Italian food places. The star of our dinner show was a huge Stromboli that was rightfully called "The Works!" This Stromboli was filled with much pizza goodness! It's crispy tasty crust was wrapped around loads of meat, mozzarella cheese and tasty sauce!! Oh yess! So we'll be back to taste more of Franco's menu!

I haven't been here in years until recently. Had a look in the kitchen and guys are kicking butt during the lunch rush. The wings and pizza are pretty good.

I was on my honeymoon and my husband and I decided to try it. We went in, sat down and a server was right there. We ordered our sodas and was looking over the menus when we realized it was a lot more expensive than we were used to spending. So my husband went up, paid for our sodas and when we were putting our coats on the server came back and wanted to know if we were going to have take out instead. I explained we were there for the first time but really hadn't budgeted for this. He said the sodas were on him and he hoped we would come back. We all had a good laugh when I told him we had already paid for the drinks.

Great place to sit in and dine.. Attentive servers and good food. Great bread served with all meals with a delicious seasoned oil. A little expensive but if you have the money worth the stop!

Although we live in Milford, my husband and I decided to try Franco's this weekend. We ordered a cheese and mushroom pizza, a cheese and onion pizza, a cheese steak sub and a chicken cheese steak sub. Both pizzas were delicious and the subs were even more delicious. We decided that Franco's is our new "go to" Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly and caring and provides service with a smile. They could not have been nicer. Thank you for being there for all of us during this pandemic! We appreciate all of you and your hard work!!! Stay safe and be well!

Overpriced for a pizza place. Try to make up for it with large portions but food is mediocre at best. Shrimp dish various sized shrimp definitely frozen. Bread is awesome as is oil and herbs served with. Pasta is surprisingly way overcooked for real Italians and my German mother makes a better seasoned and tasting red sauce.

The bread was delicious. The pasta was delicious. Everything was delicious. Service was a touch of slow, but the place was busy. Definitely would come back.

Great pizza, best in the Dover area! Their homeade sauce is delicious as well, we always get an extra cup on the side for our crust.

The Best Italian food I’ve ever had! I ordered the salmon special which includes scallops. The meal started with a salad and extremely fresh and well prepared calamari. The meal itself was expertly prepared salmon was tender and perfectly cooked so as the scallops. For dessert I had a lemon frozen gelato dessert that they source from Italy. The wait staff is very attentive and professional and authentic Italian. Will definitely go back as long as I am in the Dover DE area.Specifically had Salmon Special: Fresh Wild Alaskan salmon and scallops oven broiled in a lemon butter white wine sauce. Served with a side of sautéed spinach or sautéed broccoli and a side of spaghetti.

In my opinion, one of the best cheesesteaks around. If you're feeling hungry, go for extra meat and cheese. The tortellini primavera is also top notch, as are the breaded mushrooms. Their marinara is meticulously made fresh daily. The restaurant itself can be hard to spot as it is tucked away in the corner out of the way. Do yourself a favor, don't miss out on this culinary gem.

Excellent service great portions

Was there for dinner with five couples. It was my first time. We were seated right away. We were served our drinks right away.(some acholic, some not). Our orders were taken in a timely manner. All our food was served reasonable fast. The food was delicious, everyone complimented the server. The desserts are outstanding never had better.

Super fresh salad, Italian cuisine is divine! The family that owns it is from Naples! Wow!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

It's pizza, nothing spectacular. Almost no sauce at all under the cheese and very thin crust. For the price point I expected better.

I love the food at Franco's!!! Everything is good. The only complaint I have is that Franco's needs a bigger place. But on the other hand I guess you shouldn't mess with success.

Loved it cozy and warm and great service and food

Disappointing, I used to love Franco's but this was my last time ordering from them. The Pizza was ok kinda greasy but it was ok. The fried seafood platter wasn't. The scallops seemed to be cut in half and they were way over cooked. The crab cake was 1/2 the width it was the last time I ordered. They forgot to put it my salad and spaghetti in the bag I wasn't driving back up for it. But when I called the young lady on the phone was like "oh I'm sorry thanks for letting me know I'll make sure to pass it on"

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Dover. They have fantastic Italian food. Although I've enjoyed several of their menu items, pizza is still my favorite.

Stopped here because we had to conduct some business close by. Service was very good and the food was fresh. I had chicken parmigiana. Loved it! We will go back again and may even try to hold a small family party here.

Love the food and the owners. Anytime I take people over to the restaurant and it's their 1st visit, inevitably that becomes one of their favorite restaurants. Fresh dishes!

Always great food and pizza! Top 5 in the state, and I KNOW pizza...

Once I adjust the flavor of my vegetables and shrimp it was delicious (with garlic oil and crushed peppers). My granddaughter didn't care for her burger. Typically I get chicken parmesan and it is delicious. Trying to go keto so veggies and shrimp were a great option.

What can I say about Franco’s? They never let me down. Whether I’m picking up a pie to go or stopping in for a quick lunch the service is always fantastic and the food is delicious. I have to get the crostini every time and try to order something new every time I dine in. I have yet to order something I didn’t love.

I just got a burger because that was the cheapest thing on the menu. Didn't know everything on the menu was so expensive... if I would have known I wouldn't have gone. But since I was already in there with friends i couldn't leave lol. But that burger was great!

Food was absolutely delicious & definitely filling. Left home with more for later. Reasonably priced too!! Staff was very friendly & more then willing to be sure our needs were taken care of.
